STAINLESS STEEL NISSAN NAVARA 550 DPF ELIMINATOR (RACE) PIPE. FITS STANDARD EXHAUST SYSTEMS HOWEVER IS 3″ WIDE ALLOWING MUCH BETTER EXHAUST FLOW. SEE THE DYDO GRAPH TO SEE THE EFFECTIVE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A STOCK 550 AND ONE FITTED WITH THE DPF ELIMINATOR PIPE.
THE NAVARA WENT FROM 460NM TO 490NM AT AROUND 70KM/H. THAT’S A GAIN OF 30NM!!
The standard DPF in the 550 is a Catalytic Based DPF (CA-DPF) and is a large restriction in the exhaust flow.
This causes heat build-up and alo loss of overall performance. This DPF Eliminator by Chip Tuning allows the engine to breathe efficiently as see in the graph. By removing the standard DPF the exhaust gas temps are also cooler AND stops the Pressure Based Regen Cycle.
YOU WILL ALSO SAVE FUEL AS THE DPF ELIMINATOR NO LONGER REQUIRES EXTRA DIESEL TO BE INJECTED INTO THE EXHAUST TO CLEAN THE OLD DPF. ALSO, YOU WONT FIND YOURSELF STRANDED ONE DAY WHEN THE FACTORY DPF COMPLETELY CRAPS ITSELF & WILL NOT REGENERATE LEAVING YOU IN LIMP MODE !!
