The HDi MFBC uses a true Open-Loop boost / HDi-Intelligent Closed Loop Control system (ICLC), giving you direct command of the wastegate solenoid. Unlike generic closed-loop controllers that is hard to set up / constantly chase target boost and cause spikes or oscillation, the MFBC delivers smooth, repeatable boost every pull.

Open-Loop Boost Control /(ICLC), (Why It’s Better)

• You control the solenoid duty cycle (DU value) directly
• Boost response is linear and predictable
• No ECU learning, no boost hunting, no sudden overshoot
• Ideal for high-load, racing, and off-road applications

Once set, boost stays exactly where you tuned it—even under hard acceleration and sustained load.

Real-Time Boost Monitoring

A built-in 65 psi pressure sensor continuously reads intake manifold pressure and displays it live on the screen. This allows accurate tuning and instant feedback without external gauges.

High-Pressure Solenoid Control

The MFBC drives a 120 psi HDi high-speed solenoid, providing fast and precise wastegate control. This ensures:

• Faster spool
• Stable peak boost
• Reduced boost creep

Dual Boost Modes

Switch instantly between Low (L) and High (H) boost modes with a single button:

• Low boost for traction, daily driving, or endurance runs
• High boost for track, dyno, or competition use
  Each mode stores its own settings—no re-tuning needed.

Boost is set by:

• Applying full throttle in 3rd gear
• Adjusting duty cycle (DU)
• Testing and fine-tuning
